Your new mobility scooter will be brought to you by one of our specialist mobility consultants who will unpack it, assemble it and fully set it up so that it is ready to go.
They will provide you with full instructions on how it works and how to start and ride on your new scooter and how to recharge its battery for uninterrupted use when you need it.
They will also accompany you on a test drive to ensure you are completely familiar and comfortable with it and will and help you become familiar with your new mobility scooter’s controls and maneuverablity.
Our aim is your comfort and safety at all times and we are here every step of the way to ensure your new scooter becomes an invaluable and convenient part of your life that brings you a new level of freedom and independence to get out and about.
Returns
If your product is faulty, we will offer a replacement product or provide you with a full refund. We will also pay for the return postage costs. If your product is faulty, you need to let us know as soon as possible to allow us to process your refund. For this reason, we advise all our customers to check their product as soon as it arrives.
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer a full refund if the item is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for arranging for the item to be returned to us. Once we receive the item, we will provide you with a full refund.
