If not the product can be reapplied. • Clean and dry products can be reapplied after toileting. • Remove soiled products from the rear where possible. • Clean skin as per your local policy. Clean from front to back. • Only use prescribed creams and apply as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Leakage • Check all aspects of fitting and assessment. • Check that you have the correct size of fixation pant. Disposal • Roll up the product and dispose of as per your local authority or NHS waste policy. • Do not flush the product down the toilet. • Attends fixation pants are re-usable.
